Responsible for overseeing and implementing Navigator’s capital program. Over 24 years of oil and gas experience in transmission and midstream engineering, construction, and operations throughout the U.S. Prior to joining the Navigator team, Lee held the position of Director of Special Projects at Plains All-American Pipeline, where he oversaw and managed a large capital project portfolio associated with transportation and storage of crude in the Gulf Coast and Midcontinent regions. Has overseen the installation of > 3,000 miles of regulated pipeline across 9 different states.
