Magellan Midstream and Navigator Energy Services Extend Open Season for Proposed Voyager Crude Oil Pipeline To August 30

Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP) and Navigator Energy Services announced today an extension of the open season to solicit commitments from shippers for the proposed Voyager Pipeline to transport crude oil from Cushing, Oklahoma and Midland, Texas to Houston. Based on growing industry interest in the project, including from additional potential project sponsors, binding commitments are now due on August 30, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time.

Magellan Midstream and Navigator Energy Services Extend Open Season for Cushing-To-Houston Crude Oil Pipeline

Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP) and Navigator Energy Services announced today an extension of the open season to solicit commitments from shippers for the proposed Voyager Pipeline, to transport various grades of light crude oil and condensate from Cushing, Oklahoma to Houston, Texas. Binding commitments are now due by 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on May 31, 2019. Significant interest continues to be expressed from potential shippers, particularly those reaching Voyager from connecting carriers in multiple producing regions. The extension provides these shippers additional time to finalize their commitments across multiple pipelines and evaluate a new origin point near Midland, Texas.

Navigator Energy Services Significantly Expands Glass Mountain Pipeline System

Navigator Energy Services (“Navigator”) announced today that it is significantly expanding its Glass Mountain Pipeline System (“GMP”), adding new segregated crude grades, additional storage and transportation capacity, multiple new origin points, and new market access at Cushing, Oklahoma. GMP currently serves crude oil and condensate producers and other shippers in the STACK, Woodford/CANA, Granite Wash, and Mississippi Lime areas of the Anadarko Basin in central Oklahoma.

Two Proposed Pipelines to Bring 1.3 Million Barrels of Crude Oil to Houston

Houston Chronicle Magellan Midstream Partners of Oklahoma and Dallas pipeline and storage terminal operator Navigator Energy Services are extending the open season to book capacity on their proposed Voyager Pipeline, a project to move 300,000 barrels of crude oil and condensate per day from storage terminals in Cushing, Okla. to refineries and export terminals in Houston.
